Fix plan end date not assigned when adding a plan to a user Fix crash when deleting plan from user because return url did not have cid

@drid before I merge this would you mind incrementing the version in /readme.md & /crm/include/crm.inc.php? It should be 0.7.30 now :) I've already added you to the contributors file :)

Bumped version, lets not merge yet, I'll fix the rest of _POST errors
