GoQuery: provide stats updates less frequently and with flow map aggregates #326

Currently, stats updates are emitted for every workload, for every interface. This adds a considerable amount of noise when querying interfaces with any.

[ ] emit the stats update once an aggregate result is communicated to the main merging routine
[ ] don't tie JSON output to the query log
