windows 10 build problem #52

It build on windows but to 'elsa' with no extension '.exe' so I can't execute it with the elsa command on command line

Windows 10 x64

never mind added the file extension .exe and placed it on my path and it works. Although you could make that it compiles to an .exe file on windows
