Install valkka as per https://github.com/elsampsa/valkka-core instructions #17

Please note I'm using google colab, as per instructions in "https://github.com/elsampsa/valkka-core" and can not get past the first statement: image It is 8 minutes and counting ! (after pressing Enter)

Please note progress at the bottom, now it reads: Executing (22m 52s)

I've never used libValkka with google colabs and I'm not sure why anyone would like to do it.. I've never used sudo apt-get with google colabs not to speak of adding custom repos therein..! What is exactly your user case & what are planning to do & why on earth install libvalkka in a google colab virtual machine?
