Special characters are not recorded in notes table #18

Special characters don't seem to be recorded to the db!! Even though we did type it in! :(

UPDATE: ONLY SOME SPECIAL CHARACTERS CAN GO THROUGH, SOME WON'T GO THROUGH

LIKE ? DOESN'T GO THROUGH, BUT ! DOES.....
