Things to-do:

[x] Reach out to Highcharts to see if: once our app is deployed, even if we use their library, who owns the chart? How will it work with a Saas application that is residing on the client side network, is there anyway that we can just pay one time for everything
[x] Try using the free version of Highcharts to code our chart with the sample data available
[x] Look for other alternatives

[x] Created ChartSingleAlert component
[x] Navigator on chart is set to be a scatter plot, with y=0, and x equals to timestamp
[x] Input format of the chart should be an array of [Date.getTime(), pressure value] and sorted
