Functionality of Similar Search Window #7

Things to do:

[ ] Each dropdown menu should filter accordingly (TBD on how to filter)
[ ] On alert click, it should give the single alert view (WHICH VIEW ON FIGMA SHOULD WE GO WITH?)

Compare button:

[ ] Clicking compare button would open a drawer on the side of the window with a list of selected alert
[ ] Item on drawer should be able to be deleted
[ ] Back to results should go back to the table view of similar search results
