Hi @cmdcolin ,

I am having issues with a commit from March 2017 - commit 0e162cf7d2bd785b690cc91518de470bdd10bf24

which is not loading in JBrowse 1.12.4. Failed to load resource: MultiVariantViewer/View/Track/Grid.js

Before the JBrowse upgrade everything was fine. Shall I redeploy via git pull or supply further information?

Cheers, we really like the plugin and use it a lot for multisample VCFs.

It's probably just an overwritten config issue on my side actually, since another plugin is also not being found. I'll look into the backups.

My mistake, config wasn't setup right in jbrowse.conf. Closing.
