Remove *.pdf file #1

It's considered a bad idea to have the resulting pdf file in the main branch. As it is very easy to get out of sync between the .tex file and the .pdf document. You could compile the .tex document with every commit in a ci/cd action and publish the .pdf document on a dedicated branch and point from it in your README.
