Battery extension

An extension to show the battery charge level. Should be a SCREEN_ON extension 
probably, and maybe should be hidden when charging since the lockscreen already 
shows the charge level.

Currently, only searching Google Play for "dashclock" will give you a list. See 
also issue 22

Are there only two extensions, (both battery), at the moment, or are others not

Only the 2 battery extensions for now, also I think anyone would add 
"DashClock" to his extension title so that people could know about it...

I've decided since there are 2 great third-party options for battery widgets, 
there won't be a built-in one, at least anytime soon.
