"Slim" extension support #36

I like dashclock because I can use so many extensions. However, when I have a
lot active the screen gets pretty cluttered. The battery extensions availible
on the market, for example, do not need two lines and an icon to notify the
user of the charging state. Having a slim or minimized display for this could
get it down to one line, and minimizing others such as next alarm would leave
more room for other extensions.

As of 1.3, extensions that don't show a body (e.g. the next alarm extension
will no longer say "Next Alarm" in the second line) will be slightly shorter.
