Reason for request:
Spanish translations.

Some texts are missing in strings.xml.
Example:
Stuff that goes inside the Gmail extension configuration.

"Show unread count for label"
"Show unread count for accounts"

PS: Not sure if this is the correct way of doing a pull request in google code.

I think you should move english translations to values-en and leave inside the 
values folder the strings that do not need translation.

I was about to translate
<string-array name="pref_weather_units_values"> 

and if I did I would break the functionality :(

Hey Carlos! If you're still interested in helping, there are a few new strings 
in recent commits. I've also already merged french and german translations if 
you'd like to use that as a baseline for what needs to be translated.

Also we're using the "translatable=false" attribute to mark in 
values/strings.xml and pref_strings.xml what doesn't need to be translated.

Lastly, I'd like to credit you in the about dialog! The German strings show an 
example of what that looks like :)
