Allow which calendar to use #83

I think we should be able to choose which app is opened when we click on the 
calendar event. I don't use the default android calendar, so having it open 
when I click on the event is quite pointless.

This might not be a duplicated of #6. I'd say this is a 'wont fix'. It isn't up 
to the dashclock widget to allow opening various calendar apps. It is up to the 
calendar apps to support opening up events.

Oh, oops, you're right. Won't Fix. For other extensions, there's an issue 
tracking customizing which app to open.
