Elthran wants a generic Store and Dungeon.
This requires a generic Store and Dungeon template and The a new object fore Each store and dungeon.
So if you want 2 similar stores you need 1 template, 2 similar store objects (for a total of 3) stored in the database for that one problem.
Items work nice for that so it shouldn't be to much work.
