Can't continue where you left off in account creation #319

  1. Create and account
  2. Game crashes
  3. Try create account again -> can't because account exists
  4. Try to login
  5. Game crashes because you don't have a valid hero set up yet.

If account creation crashes after creating account you can continue from where you left off. You should be able to log in then continue where you left off.
