Add a change password and settings menu in the game. #327

This page should be available after login. This should allow the user to modify settings related to their user account.

[x] change email
[x] change password
[ ] change user name?

Completed. Works fine. Can also change a bunch of other stuff like avatars and signatures. I'll come back to this later but it currently doesnt everything we need it to.
