The bug is some kind of misplaced tooltip dialogue?
It looks as though there are empty div tags that when you mouse over them bring up some info on your proficiencies ...
I haven't even tried to fix this so it might not be that hard.
NOTE: I haven't tested this on the master branch ... it could be a migration problem or a Firefox problem.
