404 when trying to add a system mailbox

on the page config/system/platform/email_configuration

got a 404 with web/config/mailbox/create?redirectData[route]=oro_config_configuration_system&redirectData[parameters][activeGroup]=platform&redirectData[parameters][activeSubGroup]=email_configuration

I did a composer update.

composer.lock.tar.gz

missing 'oro_email_mailbox_create' entry in:

src/Diamante/DistributionBundle/Resources/config/whitelist.yml

but maybe it's the button that should be removed...
