Hi @colttt!

Thank you for your interest in DiamanteDesk! It's not dead. Eltrino - company behind it with main focus on eCommerce development is actively supporting custom implementations as well as developing turn-key solutions for end clients based on DiamanteDesk. Also, we have some roadmap and occasionally improving the core as well.
