Mail opened no ticket created #21

Hi all,

i've configured Gmail account to import e-mails from and run import by:

php app/console oro:cron:diamante:emailprocessing:general

the connection is ok, because:

but no ticket was created... On Gmail account i have enabled IMAP.

What may be wrong?

Hi, I have a few questions:

  1. What version of DiamateApplication you have?
  2. Could you please send for us your logs files. There are situated in app/logs/
