Hi,

Are we able to add a custom fields for tickets ? I couldn't find anywhere

Hi, unfortunately at this moment we can't support dynamic/custom fields. In future we plan to use approach used in oro platform to provide such functionality.

At this moment you can add them programmatically.

Can you guys please provide any guidance for adding custom fields in the ticketing system. We are very much in-need of it as we need to add an order-id along with the ticket. Please help
