Add Watcher - This ticket doesn't exist!

When I add customer watcher he can view the ticket but when he want to open the ticket for read detail. Error This ticket doesn't exist!

Up the notification work but portal interface for viewing ticket no (Error this ticket doesn't exist!)

What do you mean he can view ticket ? I'm little bit confused because you're sating that he does not see it when tries to open.

The watcher can view the ticket on interface Portal but when he clik for view the ticket its not work

I just made a test with the Default branch its work. But It would seem that the problem come only with other branch the watcher users they can not open ticket if the ticket is in different branch

thanks for clarification so the list work and only view is broken. Which version do you use latest stable or master ?
