Added initial configuration for electron-builder package/tool.
Add rest of configuration and icons for builder setup.
Increase size of app icon per electron builder requirements.
Add new title image, update readme. Working on paths in build config.
Update config for building windows specific artifacts.
Remove unused scripts from package json.
