"Upload files" button should not be shown if current key cannot edit object.

Replication steps (substitute TENANT name below):

Using the TENANT-content-ops key:
- create an object in a library owned by a TENANT-elv-admin key (e.g. the "TENANT - Title Mezzanines" library)
- in fabric browser, set permission to Editable
Using the TENANT-elv-admin key:
- Log into fabric browser and go to the object
- Go to files tab

Expected: Upload button not shown

Actual: button is shown, trying to upload generates an UNPREDICTABLE_GAS_LIMIT error

(also should hide Create Directory button, and the 'delete' icons for each row in list)
