Cannot see members of Access Groups

Encountered on local dev node instance, dev-tenant tenancy

• Start fabric browser.
• Switch account -> Add Account (created new unfunded account)
• Logged in using tenant admin key dev-tenant-elv-admin
• Transferred 5 eth to new account
• Logged in using new account, verified it had no access to any libraries in the tenancy
• Logged in using tenant admin key dev-tenant-elv-admin
• Access Groups -> dev-tenant Content Users -> More Options -> Add Member
• Paste address of new account, click "Submit"
• Message Member successfully added shown upon return to dev-tenant Content Users details screen, but new member does not show up in "Members" section
• Logged in using new account, verified that it could now see libraries from tenancy
• Logged in using dev-tenant-elv-admin, still could not see any Members for dev-tenant Content Users group
• Tried browser reload. Same.

This is evidently an issue with the members list in the contract version; will likely be reverted but not at the moment. Tagging @elv-serban and @elv-marc for ticket reference.

Addressed temporarily by https://github.com/eluv-io/elv-fabric-browser/pull/97 A future fix will be using the blockchain indexer to query members and managers
