Clarify install instructions #24

If you install the extension from extensions.gnome.org you in most cases won't have libgtop installed. So you'll go to terminal an install it, but you will still be unable to install:

You have to restart the shell (ALT+F2 → r) after you installed libgtop.

I will include this in the wiki.

So... i'll close this issue :D Editing GitHub Wiki without a message would have been strange.
