Quick Style #112

Very minor bug/issue. I usually have Quick Style enabled and use Python and R shortcuts on the quick access toolbar for quickly formatting code. Any time I start OneNote, even though Quick Style is still ticked, I have to disable it and re-enable it for it to work. It then works fine until restart.

Try to run OneNote as Admin and then see if that change will be kept. Maybe there is some issue with permissions when saving config.
