Retain Note Container Size #150

Hi, when i apply the formatting to text, it resizes the note container size to fit the text. So if it's long text, it makes the width of the note container match the length of the text. Which means it goes off screen. Is there a way to avoid changing the note container size everytime you apply the formatting?

thanks rob

Hello, I am seeing the same issue - in particular I noticed if I apply formatting to existing code within any note container that is not the default width (i.e. any note container that has been manually resized at some point in the past), then when the highlight formatting is applied, it stretches the note container width out as far as is necessary to fit the longest line of text on the page. This does not seem to happen when applying formatting to existing code within note containers that have not been resized (those with the default width).

This does create a problem when trying to apply formatting to existing code (for example I'm trying to go through and replace all my custom tags, which is the solution I used to use to mark code as such, with code blocks from this add-in and so I'm running into this issue on any pages where I've resized the note container).

I'm also having this issue. I have many "columns" in my notes, and I don't want the note container to be resized and overlap the other containers.
