Added support for asyncOptions in the options parameter #39

As per the discussion on #33, there is an issue with the underlying commands being run by the LibreOffice binary, specifically on Linux.

While I cannot fix the root cause, this PR adds some options to control the number of retries, and the interval of each retry performed by this package when attempting to read the converted file.
