Corrected readme example #2

Hello, and thanks for creating a pull request! But I'm afraid that this is intended, and the current README is correct.

Since Elysia 0.2 support an async plugin, Static Plugin 0.2 set the minimum peerDependency of Elysia to 0.2 by default.

This means that if you update to Elysia 0.2, you can use Static Plugin 0.2, if not then you can use Static Plugin 0.1 with Elysia 0.1.x

Feels free to elaborate further if this isn't clear. Will leave the PR open for 2-3 days to see if there are more errors, but if all clear, feel free to close the PR.
