Crash in question. Modlist (Lists TombManyGraves as a mod, however it was not present on server crash.)

Not accidental - the mod was originally made for a modpack and has a hard dep on Baubles and Fruit Phone. Iridescent is a direct port of that mod from 1.9 to 1.12 and I hadn't gotten around to making it a soft dep.
