Special ability Wegkenntnis can only be activated if another Area Knowledge has been bought #1354

Please confirm the following

Describe the bug

Cultures already give an Area Knowledge, but you have to activate another one to make Wegkenntnis available.

To Reproduce

  1. Activate Aventuria Compendium II (German only)
  2. Try to activate Wegkenntnis
  3. Activate an Area Knowledge
  4. See that Wegkenntnis can be bought now

Expected behavior

It should not require an additional Area Knowledge.

Was mir gerade noch auffällt: Ich kann die Sonderfertigkeit Wegkenntnis erst wählen, wenn ich auch eine Ortskenntis gewählt habe. Aber die habe ich ja eh von der Kultur her

Liegt meinem probieren nach daran, dass die Ortskenntnis durch die Kultur nicht unter den aktiven SF geführt wird, sondern direkt auf den Charakterbogen gepackt wird, weshalb sie nicht die Voraussetzung erfüllen kann. Erfordert also vermutlich größere Änderungen.
