Custom NPC Database #593

This would allow GMs to create a list of NPCs they can use, but it would not have predefined NPCs.

Optional possibility to upload an XML file or another format with data. This enables GM to exchange data with the Group or other GM.

Some grouping of those NPC could be valuable, as well. E.g. I might want to group them by Adventure or by City / Place of occurrence...

Makes it easier for the GM to handle tons of NPC from my point of view.

It would be good if - while creating a NPC - you are not restricted by a lot of things. Like they are still shown on the left side (e.g. AP spent for dis-/advantages) but for GM chars it's often not that important that they follow all official rules or have some special exceptions bc the char is a special one, etc.

Ofc the freedom would be limited by Optoliths ability to implement the freedom of rules. E.g. as long as it's not possible from performance side that you can display all special abilities, their restrictions should still be applied.
