Strength meter is not clear what it is if a password is fully pasted. Add feedback to signify what the meter is and feedback for a fully strong password

Need to pick which option looks the best. Make sure css variables are in the same place (border-radius and height for the strength meter). Make sure the margin on the top tabs are not affected by the style changes in this feature.
