Support multi-screen tabs like elscreen. #108

Hi, I really love this package and appreciate your great job. With centaur-tabs, I can switch buffers easily in a window. But, at many situations, I need to save the whole screen(similar to frame) and open another screen(like another package 'elscreen', but with ugly appearance). It would be awesome to integrate the function of elscreen with centaur-tabs.

How to display the multi-screen tabs? my resolution is place them in navigation buttons positions and make it optional. If done, we won't need any packages related with 'multi-frames', 'multi-screens' or something else, just use centaur-tabs! Hope I have made my idea clearly.

That would be the behavior of the new Emacs 27's native tabs for example. I've been planning to add that functionality to centaur-tabs. Several people have requested this kind of functionality, so I'll do my best to implement it as soon as I find some time.
