DTD schema not validating #169

What version of the MyBatis are you using?

2.x
Please describe the problem.  Unit tests are best!
From last night the application deployer is unable to validate the schema. The 
URL used in the xml is http://www.ibatis.com/dtd/dao-2.dtd.
When i tried to access through browser I am getting a 404 error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The URL http://www.ibatis.com/dtd/dao-2.dtd should be available

Please provide any additional information below.

This URL was deprecated several years ago.  Use the Apache URL instead:

http://ibatis.apache.org/dtd/dao-2.dtd
