prescient下载错误 #52

我在GitHub clone了我的配置到本地之后，启动Emacs来安装插件，当编译到prescient的时候，提示我要关闭编译插件进程，然后我不管选哪个最后都会报错说prescient没有加载，我不知道这什么问题

ELPA 上的 prescient 没有问题，可以正常下载：

https://elpa.emacs-china.org/melpa/prescient-20190727.2126.el

不大可能出问题（ELPA 只是一个静态文件服务器，只要文件没问题，就没问题），如果有的话，把错误信息贴出来。

error: Loading file /home/USER/.emacs.d/elpa/prescient-VERSION/prescient.elc failed provide feature 'prescient'. 上面是报错，其实是没下载下来，我不知道为什么

检查 prescient.el 文件有无问题（针对 failed provide feature 'prescient'） ，有的话，卸载后重装 prescient。

问题是我在有些系统上安装是没问题的，有些系统上有问题
