Don't track new days #398

Otherwise buffers show activity every day at midnight.

The format not being included in https://github.com/jorgenschaefer/circe/blob/d6f1fa18646f6ed2a1c0f06a4888130bd694ff19/circe.el#L459 is probably an oversight.
