Color nick in circe-query-mode #411

This extends circe-color-nicks to also work in circe-query-mode (a derived mode of circe-chat-mode, like circe-channel-mode): sometimes I miss the extra readability. Do you want me to introduce a knob so people can keep the previous behavior of not colorizing nicks in queries?
