To consider, or fix, various issue around style and locale access, with including fallbacks:
include default locale and style in the repo (including potentially one or two for template name formatting?)?
should the paths have default values; say with ~/.local/share/csl or $XDG_DATA_HOME/csl as common base?
related to the above, org includes default locales dir (org-cite-csl--fallback-locales-dir) and style file (org-cite-csl--fallback-style-file); could we use those if present, and user dirs not defined?
make sure when using non-interactive citar-citeproc-format-reference function:
path uses citar-citeproc-csl-styles-dir as base (and, it now occurs to me, shouldn't this be a list of paths?)
completing-read doesn't ask for style
cc @localauthor @andersjohansson any input on these potential citar-citeproc enhancements?
