Hi,

I created this PR for the issue https://github.com/emacs-eaf/emacs-application-framework/issues/793 to open link in other window. This PR will be accompanied by the PR https://github.com/emacs-eaf/emacs-application-framework/pull/794 in the main framework emacs-application-framework

The binding key for this feature is O.
