Updating readme to include information about invoking/using this libr… #1

While setting this up (during the emacs conf), I was really confused on how to use this library and missed it in the main project's readme. I feel including this information also in this repo is useful for those that also may miss it from the main repo.

Thanks for the patch, we definitely forgot to update the README on this part while separating the core and the apps.

I hope you enjoyed EAF and the EmacsConf this year!
