fix(pkg): Update dependencies #220

Update elsa-pkg.el file.

I think we need to stop shipping this file at all, it has some weird interactions with melpa. Many people say that the pkg file should not be in the repo. I honestly have no idea :D

I'll merge it as per tarsiuses comments about Melpa using this for building, but maybe we should remove it later.

Yeah, I agree! I personally don't use that file. I thought you prefer to use the pkg file since you have it in your repo. 🤔
