Issues with the online PDF manual #1295

Dear ESS authors and contributors.

First of all I would like to thank you for this wonderful piece of software. I am really grateful for the time and effort you put into it. I have just noticed that there seems to be something wrong with the PDF manual on the ESS website. Many pages are blank, the font does not look right, and the content is different to the HTML. I'm afraid I cannot be more precise, but it seems that something went wrong when building the PDF.

I think it was just years out-of-date. I rebuilt and uploaded it. However, when that actually appears, I don't know. The files are on a delay. You should see it tomorrow if not earlier.
