Can't start REPL #506

After M-x jupyter-run-repl I receive this error: byte-code: Module could not be opened: "/home/jumper/.emacs.d/elpa/zmq-20230608.1856/emacs-zmq.so", "/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: versionGLIBC_2.33' not found (required by /home/jumper/.emacs.d/elpa/zmq-20230608.1856/emacs-zmq.so)"`

Distro: Ubuntu 20.04 Package versioin: 20231020.1901
