Best way to ignore certain region or faces such as org src blocks?

I am looking for some way to skip languagetool checking certain regions or faces such as org src blcoks.

I vaguely remember a package that does this, but could not find it anymore.

I managed to find it again, sadly it integrates with langtool rather than flymake-languagetool. https://github.com/cjl8zf/langtool-ignore-fonts
