tweak the docs on configuring lsp-haskell #146

Per conversation on the HLS project, I'm opening this PR here.

The HLS project still has documentation helping various editors, including code snippets, and I think it should at least mention (customize-group 'lsp-haskell), but I respect the maintainers wishes and submit this here instead.
