Add custom face for metals overlays #56

The face defaults to the current hardcoded value, but allows users and theme makers to change it if they want.

The name convention lsp-metals face {{ name }} follows what is done in lsp-mode

Fixes #55

Thanks, going to merge this. Probably we will need to change it in future if metals adds different colors for decoration, but then we can just deprecate this face.
