Is it easy enough to bump up the clangd version to 18. I have up to date lsp LSP :: lsp-mode 20240514.1430, Emacs 29.1, darwin and its currently setting at clangd 15. This is if one wants to use lsp's 'install server' functionality.

Apart from other features and bug fixes there is one https://github.com/clangd/clangd/issues/1231 thats fixed in 18 but exists in 15.
