Name the new PHP major mode

I temporarily named this major mode php7-mode.

This name depends on the current major PHP mode. The next PHP major version is still 7.2, but the next or later may be 8.

This major mode name will surely confuse users. I want another name that is more intuitive.

php+-mode already exists, it's not Abandonware, but it has not been continuously improved.
